Personal Question:

zodiacchic:

Do any of you know how to get rid of sleep paralysis? Mine happens one after the other over and over again every night. I also hear things and hallucinate.

For those who don’t know what sleep paralysis is it’s when you’re either going to sleep or waking up and it’s like you try to move or scream and you can’t. It feels like you’re trapped. Thank you!

I have this very often and I have learned to cope with it. When it happens, just relax. You will not die, it will pass, I promise. Try to imagine yourself getting out of your body, as astral projection is known to be induced by a sleep paralysis episode.
